Lotuswalk introduces a unique blend of residential, office, commercial, and hospitality spaces nestled within the vibrant urban landscape of Istanbul. Situated in the bustling and storied district of Nisantasi, this mixed-use compound embodies a harmonious fusion of diverse functions within its premises. The commercial segment, known as Lotuswalk, serves as the heart of the development. Accessible through multiple pedestrian entrances, it houses an array of retail outlets, dining establishments, and a gym spread across different levels, all surrounding an inviting open-air courtyard. Encased in a sleek aluminum cladding featuring a monochromatic color scheme, the entire compound exudes a sense of privacy and seclusion from the external environment. This design approach aims to cultivate human engagement by transforming the unassuming exterior into a captivating gem waiting to be discovered.
Entire experience is about sensation and discovery to find multifaceted, multicolored interiors by introducing light, reflection, refraction in a variety of geometries and materials with color and pattern. The richness of pattern as herringbone or undulated and colors can be found on the custom formulated terrazzo flooring through iridescent aluminum cladding and within ruby-foil glass canopy.
Starting from the initial idea to the final execution, maintaining a coherent design is crucial across all aspects, whether it be in signage or outdoor displays, encompassing materials and color choices throughout the process.
